Regarding the payment, I can be hired for a hourly rate or for a fixed flat fee. My hourly rates are reasonable. For smaller task, you can pay me, once you are satisfied with the work. For larger projects, You pay me as the project progress. In either case, I dont need any money in upfront.
Client references can be given to the project providers, on request.
