I am in a need of a php scripter who can turn a layout into a working website with some kind of abbility to change the content threw html files. No need for a fancy admin section as there is some knowladge of html. Also there is a small need for a contact form and a order form wich needs to be able to be adjusted in a large degree. More info wil be discusd for the person who i wil hire. No low bids with suprises. If you bid 5$ you wil work for 5$ :) | ||||||||||||

| Comment: Hello sir, Your requirement seems to make some content(HTML) from back end(admin side) and to publish at home page or in some other page. if my guess is right then the script will match your requirement is JOOMLA. they have all options to create a wepbage with simple layout. also they are offering so many design templates. they have so many plugins and components ( like videos module, photos module, facebook module, payments.. ).
