Simple web portal with PHP to read/write MySQL database with First, Last, Street1, Street2, City, State, ZIP, Home#, Cell#, Fax#, e-Mail, Notes. Need secure login to show/edit. Some accounts can edit while some others can only show database entries. Need to have a sortable summary (by First, Last, City, State, ZIP, ...). When clicked, detail is shown (and editable for some users) Need to normalize with Name Table, Address Table, City Table, State Table, ...) | ||||||||||||

| There should be a User Table with Name, Authority (view/edit), password (either no encryption or MD5). There should be a Notes Table with Time, User, Client#, Notes. The main web portal should show the latest notes and have the capability to either click to move to previous/next note for this client or open a new window to show all the notes for this client. |
